Senior Conveyancing Secretary
Job duties include:
- Handling conveyancing matters (for private properties, HDB Properties and commercial properties) in property purchases, refinancing, sales and preparation of documentation independently;
- Handling all e-stamping procedures, e-lodgment procedures and ensuring documents are lodged with the SLA expeditiously;
- Someone who is well-organized, meticulous and very aware of strict time-lines
- Someone who has minimum 3 years working experience running files independently;
- Someone who is methodical, willing to learn, a team player; and has a good working attitude.
The successful candidate can look forward to an office environment which is absolutely free of office politics. We will remunerate the candidate from time to time on a quarterly basis, periodical pay raise and quarterly bonuses.
