The Law Society held its golden jubilee dinner on 10 November 2017 at the Ritz-Carlton Millenia. At the dinner, the CC Tan Award was conferred on Mr Peter Cuthbert Low. We include in this issue the citation for Peter as well as Peter’s acceptance speech.
The dinner also saw the official launch of the Society’s golden jubilee book, Fiat Justitia: Fifty Years of the Law Society of Singapore. The book was launched jointly by The Honourable The Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon, Law Society President Gregory Vijayendran, and the author Prof Kevin Tan.
